Elfentau – Elven dew
The basis for this delicious shiny and golden wine is the gooseberry. In the Middle Ages, the fruit could only be purchased in the monastery. Today the gooseberry is often used to refine wine, because the fine aroma also enhances the grape juice. The sweet and sour fruit with a tart note is predestined for wine production and has a unique taste. Elfentau a vegan wine.
